Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused
  • The product is in its original condition
  • The original packaging and labels are intact

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item received

In these cases, rite will cover all related shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Our team will respond within 1 business day with the next steps, including the return address and shipping instructions where needed.


Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Exception: if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, rite. will cover all return shipping costs


Important Notes

  • Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return
  • Free gifts and promotional items are not eligible for return or refund
  • For bundle purchases, all items in the bundle must be returned together
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling will not be accepted
  • rite. reserves the right to approve or reject any return request that does not meet the conditions above
